After studying computer science at the University of Stuttgart (TU Stuttgart), Ingolf developed CRM solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Further career steps took him into international development projects as well as into managing demanding software projects in the banking sector.
Together with Kaj Mähner, he founded awisto business solutions GmbH. Today, he is responsible for the Sales and Marketing divisions.

After studying technical cybernetics at the University of Stuttgart (TU Stuttgart), Kaj’s career path took him to the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation. There, his focus areas were robotics, quality assurance, and process optimization.
Together with Ingolf Blocher, he founded awisto business solutions GmbH. Today, he is responsible for the IT, Finance, and Legal divisions.
